is a large house, at the top end of Walcot Street opposite Hedgemead Park. This
is in a great location just a few minutes walk along Walcot Street to the city
Centre.
It
is divided into two maisonettes. Each room has its own washbasin and desk, bed,
wardrobes etc. All the rooms are light and of good sizes. This house is not
owned by Dragon Property. It has been a student let for a number of years and we
are very pleased to include it in our portfolio. It is a strictly non smoking
house.
