The following Houses are available either for Part of the year only or Part of the house to share with others.
Also listed are individuals or small groups looking to share with others.

Single Semester Tenancies
Where a room or property is shared by two individuals or groups that each require one semester in Bath, the standard student contract of 2 months half and 10 months full rent will be split in half and each party then pays 5.5 months rent in total for residence Sep-Jan and Feb-Jun.

Individuals or groups requiring a tenancy for Semester 1 only will be normally be required to take a 7 month contract (July - Jan) The contract will only allow for a non-resident reduction for July and August if Semester 2 has already been let.

Those requiring Semester 2 only will have a 5 month contract (Feb-June)

The monthly rents listed are fully inclusive of ALL bills, full pricing details are available on the main Student House listing.

1 room	East Way £380	Semester 2 only! Single room sharing house with 3 male students. AVAILABLE NOW
