Thank you for Submitting your Application. When your application form arrives in our mailbox, an automatic reply will acknowledge it to confirm that you entered a valid email address and that the Forms service is working correctly. Usually within 30 minutes. If you do not get a reply within 12 hours please resubmit the form and phone us on 07775 804908 If you did not already print this form, you can use the back button TWICE now and get back to it. If you are paying the Tenancy Admin Fee by cheque, please write the house address on the back. If you requested to pay by Bank Transfer, details will be emailed to you. After Submitting this Form, please check that the rest of your group have also done so and that you have each sent or will arrange to pay immediately the Tenancy Admin Fee £75 for a single person/semester tenancy or £50 per person for joint tenancies. A draft contract will be sent by email as soon as we have all the names, please read it, check it and ask about anything you do not understand. You will also receive an email copy of the Guarantor letters which can be forwarded to your guarantor , especially if they are not in the UK, to speed up the reply. We will also run a credit check against you and your guarantor and contact your previous/current landlord for a reference. The Contract may not be signed until satisfactory references and guarantees have been obtained. The house will be exclusively reserved for you only after the Tenancy Admin Fee and Application Forms are received from each person. Normally you can expect to be asked to sign the contract in about 2 weeks from now. Please inform your guarantors and landlords to expect to be contacted and ask them to respond as quickly as possible. When we meet to sign the contract you will each need to bring some photo ID and a cheque for your share of the deposit.
