5. Normally within 30 minutes you will get an automatic email reply
to confirm that your information reached our computer. We will follow this
up with a personal reply as soon as we read it. If you do not get
these Emails within 24 hours please call 07775804908.
Completing steps 1 and 2 should result in the emails of step 5. Steps 3
& 4 just confirm to you that the data has been sent successfully.
Mostly mistakes occur in not confirming the data at step 2. If you get
to step 4 and then don't get an email back it is possible that your
data email to me got delayed in the email network, or got lost or got
filtered out of the system as potential junk mail or there is some other
technical problem. Unfortunately for all of us the attempts of our ISPs to
protect us from a deluge of junk mail are not perfect and sometimes good
messages are deleted. Whatever the reason it is important that you call us
so that we can proceed another way.
