I have read and Dragon Properties Terms and Conditions . I Understand that I am applying for a (Joint) Assured Shorthold Tenancy, that a Deposit will be payable when Contracts are signed and that, for some properties (see Terms), there may be a clause in the contract stipulating a Variation in the Rent if the Bank Base lending Rate rises or falls more than a set amount. To avoid problems with form submission please follow these steps carefully. This will ensure your data is not lost.

BEFORE SUBMITTING THIS FORM --- Use the right mouse button, SELECT ALL of this page with all the answers you have entered and COPY (ctrl-C) it to your Clipboard. Now open an empty document file and PASTE (ctrl-V) all the text in there. Save it in case there are any problems later as it will prevent you having to enter the data again.

When you press the SUBMIT button at the end of this DRAGON PROPERTY form you should be taken to a page that lists all the answers that you gave.
On that second page there is an instruction to scroll to the bottom of that page and click the CONTINUE button. YOU MUST DO THIS. Only then does the email get sent to us.
After that a further page should display saying that the data is sent and from the bottom there you can find a link to return to my DRAGON PROPERTY website.
If you return to our website you will arrive on a DRAGON PROPERTY page telling you what will happen next.
Normally within 30 minutes you will get an automatic email reply to confirm that your information reached our computer. We will follow this up with a personal reply as soon as we read it. If you do not get these Emails within 24 hours please call 07775804908
Completing steps 1 and 2 should result in the emails of step 5. Steps 3 & 4 just confirm to you that the data has been sent successfully. Mostly mistakes occur in not confirming the data at step 2. If you get to step 4 and then don't get an email back it is possible that your data email to me got delayed in the email network, or got lost or got filtered out of the system as potential junk mail or there is some other technical problem. Unfortunately for all of us the attempts of our ISPs to protect us from a deluge of junk mail are not perfect and sometimes good messages are deleted. Whatever the reason it is important that you call us so that we can proceed another way.

What Happens Next ?

In the case that you continue to have problems getting your form to us, send an E-mail to Dragon Property with Subject line "Student Tenant Application" .

Then using the completed form that you saved earlier, either paste the contents into the email or add it as an attachment and send it to us. As long as you used the correct Subject line, you should get the same response email back from us as at step 5 above.

What Happens Next ?

As a final backup, when all else fails......If you encounter problems using this form, you can print it from your web browser, complete and post it with Admin Fee cheque, to Dragon Property (call us for address)
